Anthony Bartolo
Anthony Bartolo
Currently serving as Avaya’s Chief Product Officer, Anthony has amassed over 25 years experience in successfully bringing new technology solutions to the market.
Prior to joining Avaya, Anthony was Tata Communications’ President of Mobility, IoT and Collaboration Divisions. Before that he was once again with Avaya as VP/GM of Unified, where he fostered the largest pipeline of products in the company’s history, bringing 130 new offerings across a broad portfolio to the table. He also served as President and CEO at Skyrider, and held multiple senior leadership roles at Symbol Technologies (acquired by Motorola) and Nortel Networks.
Anthony graduated with a degree in Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. In whatever free time he has remaining he enjoys being a human climbing structure to his three young children.

A global leader in HR, Anika has amassed more than 20 years’ business experience, along with a passion for people and developing their talent. A true citizen of the world, Anika has served in a diverse range of roles across Sydney, London, Paris and Singapore – from client-facing to internal talent strategy, leading a global centre of expertise and running large, multi-market HR operations.
With a strong track record in building and scaling international teams, crafting talent strategies, nurturing corporate culture and driving transformational change, Anika has helped shape some of the world’s most recognised brands. Currently Global HR Director, Markets at Dyson, Anika was formerly a Global HR Director at Uber.
Anika previously rose through the ranks at Accenture to become APAC and ASEAN HR Director, where she led a team of 500 HR professionals, and was responsible for all HR service delivery across nine markets.
Beyond her role with Ecosystm, where she lends her experience in growing large, multicultural teams across various geographies, Anika is regularly called upon to speak at industry events on topics such as diversity, employee engagement and the future of work. She has also previously lectured at the Sciences Po University in Paris on International Human Resources Management.
Anika graduated from UNSW with a BSc. (Business Information Technology). She is based in Singapore with her husband and two children, and enjoys yoga, reading and travelling with her family in her spare time.
Graeme Muller

Graeme represents over 500 organisations that employ more than 100,000 people as CEO of New Zealand’s umbrella technology association, NZTech, an NGO dedicated to creating a prosperous New Zealand underpinned by technology.
Fascinated by the impact technology can make to society and the economy, Graeme also serves as Chair at the Auckland ICT Graduate School, Chair of the IoT Alliance, is a Director of the New Zealand AI Forum and Director at the World Information Technology and Services Alliance.
Prior to this, Graeme held multiple senior leadership roles during his ten years at IDC. His final role as Managing Director, Northern Europe & IDC Insights saw him responsible for the overall management, research services and sales & marketing of a variety of industry sectors across EMEA.
Graeme graduated from London’s Cass Business School with an MBA. A keen triathlete, Graeme represented New Zealand at World Xterra (Off-Road Triathlon) Championships in 2006 and can be found most weekends on his mountain bike.

Hari is a seasoned general manager and board director, with two decades of industry leadership in technology organisations across Asia Pacific and the United States. He has spent the last fifteen years helping industries in Asia digitize, and is passionate about driving the positive impact of technology on society. He is an ardent advocate for sustainable urban living solutions.
As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at PropertyGuru Group, Hari leads a team of over 1,200 employees of the Group across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, for South East Asia’s leading proptech company. He currently serves on the Singapore Government’s Future Economy Council Modern Services Sub-committee, and has advised the government on Real estate industry transformation and Skills development.
Prior to PropertyGuru, Hari was the Vice President, APAC & Japan at LinkedIn, having joined the company as the first hire in the Asia Pacific region. He has also worked in leadership positions at Fox Interactive, Yahoo! and Cisco, and market-changing start-ups like Travelguru.
He is a long-time investor and advisor to multiple innovative startups. Hari has an MBA from INSEAD and an M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado.

Puneet Pushkarna is currently General Partner of Solmark, a Private Equity fund formed by a group of tech entrepreneurs who have launched and built several companies and bring expertise in all aspects of growing a company in a competitive global marketplace. Solmark’s target portfolios include FinTech, Business Platforms, Cloud Technologies, Analytics, Data Management, MedTech and Customer Experience Management companies.
Prior to this, he was the President of Headstrong, a highly specialized, deep-domain business in the Capital Markets that helped its customers through a strong process-centric digital technology services platform, leading to transformation in the front, middle and back office. Headstrong eventually got acquired by Genpact in 2011.
He was also the co-founder of TechSpan, a Goldman Sachs backed design thinking and business solutions consulting organization, focused on e-business value chain management enterprise. Techspan consistently ranked as amongst the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley. He was also part of the founding team that helped grow HCL America into what is now HCL Technologies.

Formerly Global Advisor, Digital Strategy and Government Analytics at the World Bank, Randeep has helped many governments and public sector organisations around the globe to design, implement and review strategies to promote the digital economy.
In a career spanning more than 35 years, Randeep has pioneered a number of public-private digital initiatives. He has previously served as Practice Manager for the World Bank’s Digital Development Unit, leading a global team of technology professionals to support developing countries on policies and programmes relating to broadband infrastructure, mobile networks, digital services, and digital industry. He was also a senior member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), and helped the state of Andhra Pradesh, India to become a key international destination for IT-based services.
Apart from his work with Ecosystm, Randeep acts as Board Advisor for StaffonDemand, a digital recruitment platform. He also coaches a number of technology leaders on how to better leverage technology for societal impact, specialising in emerging markets.
Randeep holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. In his free time Randeep loves to travel and dabble in the profundities of quantum physics.

Samir is the Executive Director at Sino Hero Foods – an advisory firm consulting primarily food and beverage companies on market entry and development strategies into Greater China, Oceania and ASEAN. In particular, Samir pioneered the supply of cheese and other Western-style food products to leading supermarkets and fast food chains in China.
Prior to Sino Hero Foods, Samir founded Frontier Foods, which went on to become one of China’s largest exporters of cheese. His extensive experience in distributing and marketing in China has seen him become an international speaker at government, private and educational conferences around the world.
Samir graduated with an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona. Samir believes that it’s not about first mover advantage for start ups. Key is to just get moving!

Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing Cloud, CX, End-User Computing, IT Service and Operations, AI and Automation strategies to help businesses drive greater value from their technology decisions and investments. Today he focuses on the issues that keep CIOs, CTOs and digital leaders awake at night – including hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and AI. Tim has become among the most prolific analysts in the arena of Artificial Intelligence with a true global following and leads Ecosystm’s AI practice.
In his previous role, Tim spent 12 years at Forrester Research, most recently as a Principal Analyst, helping IT leaders improve their digital capabilities. Prior to this, he was Research Director for IT Solutions at IDC in Australia and the United Kingdom, where he assisted IT vendors in designing solutions to better fit market requirements, and IT buyers in improving the effectiveness of their IT functions.
Beyond the office, Tim boasts an international reputation as an entertaining and informative public speaker on the key trends in the IT market.
Tim graduated from University of Technology Sydney with a BA majoring in Marketing and Research.

Claus has more than 17 years of experience in both strategic and tactical guidance for vendors and service providers in the IT and telecommunications space. Having worked as an analyst and a consultant in both Europe and Asia, Claus has supported clients with local, regional and global briefs to position their offerings and grow their businesses in their target markets. These have included Google, Microsoft, IBM, AT&T, Orange and SingTel.
Previously, Claus spent nine years at IDC Asia Pacific, where he climbed the ranks to launch and lead IDC’s Emerging Technology practice. In Asia and Europe, Claus is also a renowned speaker and blogger, who continues to evaluate and forecast how disruptive technologies impact the marketplace and how digitization is transforming business models across all industries.

Sash is a veteran in primary and secondary research with almost twenty years of experience analysing, writing and training in industries as wide-ranging as Public Sector, Healthcare, Education and Insurance.
As a Principal Analyst at Ecosystm, Sash helps us see the bigger picture by delving into our insights and developing thought leadership to show buyers and vendors alike where the industry is heading. She is also involved in delivering consulting projects and custom engagements.
As the VP for Content, Sash works closely with the Marketing team to shape our content strategy, curating and presenting content that is on-brand, innovative, and best-in-class.
Prior to Ecosystm, Sash was the lead Asia Pacific analyst at IDC for Healthcare and Education, where she was responsible for tracking current and future technology trends in the industries and liaising with the global team on projects and thought leadership. As an in-demand industry thought-leader, she was a regular speaker and panelist at industry events, and frequently moderated conversations between key policymakers and senior IT executives – which she continues to do for Ecosystm.
Sash holds a Masters in Education from the University of California, Irvine, and a Masters in English from Jadavpur University, India. When not at work, Sash works hard on keeping her boys and her cat in line. An avid reader, she is a keen student of the human psyche and of the sociological and genetic factors that shape it.

Audrey has a proven track record both as an analyst and a business leader, having spent close to two decades in various analyst roles at Frost & Sullivan, providing counsel to C-level executives on go-to-market strategies – most recently as Head of Research and Senior Fellow at the firm’s ICT practice in Australia and New Zealand. Arun is an accomplished leader with over 10 years of specialised Lifesciences & MedTech experience, driving business transformation through innovation and technology. He is the founder of Crely Inc., a digital health platform for Osteoarthritis, that uses digital biomarkers and artificial intelligence algorithms to improve patient outcomes and minimise post-acute care (PAC) costs. As a Principal Advisor at Ecosystm, Arun will be providing critical market insights to navigate the thriving and complex Digital Health, Value-Based Care and Medtech industry.
In his previous role, Arun served as Vice President, Group Information Officer – International at Stryker Corporation, where he set up the organization and led the transformation of technology services for all markets outside of the United States. Through smart integrations with hospitals and other value chain partners, Arun helped to build a patient-focused, connected ecosystem that enabled Stryker as easy to do business with. He also championed the setting up of AsiaPacific Medtech CIO roundtable under the APACMed umbrella to bring CIOs together to collaborate on industry-wide issues and opportunities.
Prior to joining Stryker in 2014, Arun held multiple global roles at the Merck KGaA group, at the intersection of business process transformation, information technology and M&A integration. He also won a leadership award for an innovative approach to improve the quality of life for Multiple Sclerosis patients using digital technology. Arun has also held business and technology leadership roles at Nike and General Motors Corporation in the areas of manufacturing, e-commerce, supply chain, marketing and retail management.
Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
Arun is an avid traveller and has lived in India, PR of China, Germany, the United States and Singapore. He is passionate about reducing inequality in society and has volunteered for The Hindu Centre, SINDA, Greater Boston Food Bank and Harvard Alumni Community Action Program.

As a Principal Advisor with Ecosystm, Jannat Maqbool is focused on research in emerging technology areas including IoT, FinTech and Agritech. Jannat is also an accomplished former CIO and academic. Jannat has extensive experience managing mid to large-scale technology adoption initiatives and is a lecturer in the Centre for Business, IT and Enterprise at one of New Zealand’s largest and leading Institutes of Technology, Wintec.
Jannat launched Wintec’s IoT Waikato initiative in 2017 and has led the execution of Techweek Waikato, part of an annual nationwide festival of technology innovation, in 2018 and 2019 in collaboration with Waikato Innovation Park and Te Waka – Waikato’s economic development agency. Jannat joined Wintec in 2009 where she has also worked on collaborative projects and applied research initiatives involving students, staff and the wider community.
Since the launch of IoT Waikato and through her role as Smart Cities Advisor at Hamilton City Council and Operations Manager at CultivateIT (the Waikato tech cluster), Jannat is involved with digital technology pilots and digital transformation initiatives in Waikato focused on leveraging technology in innovative ways to benefit individuals, organisations and communities.
Jannat is also an Executive Committee Member for NZ IoT Alliance, Working Group Member for AI Forum NZ and International Working Group Member for FinTechNZ.

Passionate about consulting, facilitating and mentoring, Kaushik runs his own boutique consulting practice on digital transformation. He is also associated with leading management schools in South Asia as Visiting/Adjunct Faculty where he conducts Digital Transformation courses.
Prior to Ecosystm, Kaushik worked in senior roles for multinational technology and management consulting corporations in Asia Pacific and North America, including PwC, IBM, Oracle and most recently at SAP as Vice President of Value Engineering and Presales in Southeast Asia. His extensive experience has led him to spearhead business transformation programmes for clients across consumer products, high tech, automotive, industrial manufacturing and retail.
Kaushik holds a PhD in Production & Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. An avid reader and a movie enthusiast, Kaushik loves travelling, meeting people and having good conversations.

Prior to joining Ecosystm, Ullrich spent over 10 years at research firm, IDC. Starting his career as an analyst, he climbed the ranks to become Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand in 2014, overseeing all sales, research and consulting activities.

Chris is Vice President, Marketing and Communities at Ecosystm, where he champions meaningful conversations and engagements with and across the tech community.
In his previous role as Conference Director for Executive Networks Media, Chris spent the past ten years building communities in the tech industry in Southeast Asia. The publication house is home to regional tech titles including CIO Asia and Computerworld. He was also responsible for organising some of the most prolific networking conferences for IT leaders in the region including the well-established CIO Summit series.Prior to that, Chris was the Conference Director and Publisher at FutureGov, a Singapore-based public sector technology media organisation.
A globetrotter at heart, Chris has lived in Dubai, South Africa, Malawi, Botswana and Jamaica (where he was born) before settling down in Singapore in 2007. He holds a degree in Industrial Design from Loughborough University in the UK.In his free time, Chris enjoys a good game of football and interactive electronic games. He is also an avid watch enthusiast and prides himself with his collection of over fifty timepieces.

Anthony Johnston is the General Manager of Growth & Innovation at Ecosystm and CoVentured (where he was the founder), a strategic partnership platform that connects corporates with emerging technology.
As part of Ecosystm’s acquisition of CoVentured in 2024, Anthony joined the Ecosystm leadership team to drive growth and innovation across the group.
Anthony’s role involves identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing solutions that enhances the value proposition for clients. Before joining CoVentured and Ecosystm, Anthony founded and exited several startups across financial services, social media and consulting and ran Ogilvy Ventures (part of the Ogilvy & Mather advertising group).
Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, plays drums and guitar in a rock band and enjoys spending time with his family on the beaches of Sydney.
Michal Osmo

As the Director of Business Development, Australia & New Zealand, Michal is responsible for establishing and expanding Ecosystm’s consulting and strategic advisory capabilities in the region, as well as identifying new growth opportunities.
Michal has a proven track record in business development and sales working for some of the biggest names in tech on both a regional and international level. A veteran of the analyst and conference world, Michal previously spent 5 years with IDC prior to joining Ecosystm, most recently as an Account Director. This role saw her work with a number of major ICT firms to develop and execute their go-to-market strategies. She has also previously served in roles at Gartner, Informa and IIR Conferences Australia.
Michal prefers to work in partnership with clients, and always prioritises solutions that are mutually beneficial, customised to enable businesses to overcome their challenges and support their long-term growth objectives.
Michal holds a Bachelors of Arts in Tourism Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. In her free time, Michal is passionate about keeping fit and healthy, travelling the world, exploring the outdoors and absolutely loves food and coffee.
Tan Hai Wun

Hai Wun (Wun) manages Ecosystm’s strategic accounts, fostering strong client relationships and driving growth. She also drives engagements with a vibrant community of industry leaders.
Before joining Ecosystm, Wun spent over six years in executive recruitment at Cognizant, a global technology consulting firm, leading leadership and commercial hiring. With more than 20 years of commercial experience, she has played key roles at DHL eCommerce, where she led Singapore’s sales and customer service teams during its transition from traditional mail to e-commerce logistics, and at IDC, where she launched the CIO Club, recruiting CIOs and developing industry programs, roundtables, and benchmarking surveys.
Wun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, specialising in Banking, from Nanyang Technological University.
Vikas Kumar
Vikas Kumar
As Vice President – Corporate Development and Operations, Vikas is responsible for managing and growing Ecosystm’s research and advisory services, as well as identifying and operationalising new opportunity areas in the rapidly growing Indian market.
Vikas has two decades’ worth of experience in general management and sales leadership roles across the financial services industry, and has been directly involved in product strategy development, and worked on major digital payment initiatives in the course of his career.
He previously spent a decade at finance industry behemoth American Express, rising up the ranks to serve in various regional and national leadership roles. In his most recent role, he led a sales team of more than 50 members, and developed marketing and promotional plans to drive customer acquisition for the company’s consumer products. He has also previously served in roles at major financial institutions including Tata AIG and ICICI Bank.
Vikas completed his schooling from Scindia School, Gwalior, graduated with a Bachelors’ degree in Commerce from the Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, and holds a post graduate diploma in marketing from Amity Business School, Noida.
